so now,, I have the smae kind of laptop, except it's a little faster and now it has a dedicated card, a ATI Radeon Xpress 1150, and I'm still running vista, now when I try to run a game, I constantly have to restart my computer, and pray that it dosen't crash my comp, is this the computer or vista? sorry dudes for asking for more help, i know this isn't ultimate-computers.

It shouldn't be vista, try lowering the settings on the games. Which games are we talking about here? Because laptops in general really aren't suited to the latest ones.

Macs can run games fine. Heard of bootcamp? Second, put XP on. Windows is already in the works of a new OS, Windows 7, since vista is getting sha-banned left and right by people. But a Mac is probably out of the question since you already got the laptop. Install XP.
