I tried the search bar and it didn't help, and I'm a theory noob, so I might be kinda slow. Well, I want to write a solo using the minor pentatonic. I have a little riff to solo over, it has these to chords:

e|------|
B|------|
G|------|
D|------|
A|--11--|
E|---9--|

and

e|------|
B|------|
G|------|
D|------|
A|--11--|
E|--10--|

I know the first one is a C#5, just a power chord, but my first question is what is the second chord?

My second question what key is this in so I know which minor pentatonic to solo in?
(An explanation to find key in general would be appreciated also, so I don't have to keep asking.)

Am I going about this correctly? (Finding key then soloing over it, for example if it was in the key of A the minor pentatonic shape would start on the fifth fret?)
Also, can you use different scale box shapes in the same solo?
Sorry for all the questions thanks in advance for the help.

The second one is a harmonic interval of an augmented fourth, diminished fifth or "tritone" depending on the context.

you probably can't determine a key just for that, because there's no major or minor contained in it

Just those two chords don't really call for a key definition.

So it really doesn't matter where I play the scale?

Also, what about the other questions.

I think the second one is a Db5. Am I right?

No.
First one is C#5 or Db5, second one is not a chord, it is a interval named tritone.
