I'm having a bit of trouble deciphering your post. Are you asking if a bolt on neck is easier than a neck-thru?

A bolt on is really only easier if you plan on buying the neck. Otherwise, a neck-thru is easier because you don't have to get the neck and pocket cut and matched up correctly.
