I don't even think there's any tremolo, myself.

I think they hit one note, pushed the wah down, then let the reverb carry the note.

wah first but try it both ways see what you prefer but the stanbdard way is wah first them tremolo

the repeated sound has too much force to be reverb i think but it could be either delay or tremolo
