hello, could anyone run a "CONNECTING SCALES" lesson?

where u transition from one scale to another,
how it's done,
which scales can you connect...

etc.

dude it's pretty simple it's juts about making the transition while listening or knowing what chords are playing, the best wway to practice is to loop yourself playing 4 chords each taking up 2 barres and than playing their relative scales thats good practice

Are you looking for transitions using scales in the same key i.e. Each position of the Am pentatonic scale- or are you looking to transition from one key to another? If you are looking to transition in the same key you may want to learn the extended pentatonic scales which take you smoothly through 3 positions on the neck. Have you heard of them or used them?

Here is a link to the C major or Am extended pentatonic scale and some licks to try with it. Click on the quicktime or windows media link under watch the lesson on video to see video of these licks and scales.

this next link is a switching scales lesson which might address what you are looking for as well
