Hi,
Anyways... the 30 watt peavey classic I wanted sold.
But... I found a 50 watt classic, for like 485 bucks. Is this a good deal do you think? It's the 4x10 combo. Or would the smaller speakers make it overly trebly?

The 50's gonna be louder and and more difficult to get around while costing more money, but it won't be overly trebly.

I'd want to talk him down a little. I wouldn't pay over $450.

You in this big of a rush? I see Classic 30's for sale all the time, another one will almost certainly be available soon.

^Hmm... Maybe you're right. I'm not in a super-big hurry, I just want a tube amp.
I checked them out new, and they're like 900 bucks, so seems like a good deal. I'm going to try it out today. Plus, with a 50 watt, it should be able to get pretty loud for gigs. Or i'll just wait for a 30 to pop up. That way, I have alot of money left over for upgrade tubes and a good OD pedal.
