Ok , so I just received today my Parker P-30 yay!.

So I wanted to know.

I like the strings it has, but in a week or so I'll like to change 'em.

I've noticed the Tremolo bridge is all the way down, touching the guitar.

So when I put the new strings how do I get the Tremolo up again ? Also is it different in the way you put the strings ?

Sorry if I sound n00b, but I've never had a guitar with Tremolo.

Please Help me, and Thanks for reading!

EDIT :The tremolo is kinda like the ones on the Strats, just better quality :P ( I THINK it looks alike, but I don't know.)

You'll wanna loosen the spring claw screws that mount to the body on the trem system. I think with new strings you may have to tighten them up a little. Don't do anything till you get those new strings on.

Oh ok thanks, I won't do anything to her :P.

By loosen you mean taking the springs off ?

Thanks for responding.
