i was wondering if i could get i seymour duncan bridge pickup and a seymour duncan APH-1n pro II neck pickup
is it possible 2 do on the same guitar or do both pickups have 2 be the same?

i dont know what exact pickups you are refering to, but assuming they are both passive or both active then yes

Do what you like pickup-wise...it just depends what sound you want. There's certain guidelines you should follow.

Bridge pickup should usually be higher output than neck pickup, however don't have a horrendously hot bridge pickup and a low-output neck, mixing actives and passives is a pain in the arse....that's about it really.
