Hey well i was jus looking at these and wats the diffrence between the schecter elite 4 and a schecter studio 4?

I know the Studio has 3-band EQ, while the Elite has 2-band. The Studio also comes in fretless, 6, and 8 string models.

The elite comes with sexier finishes/hardware though. It's really all about taste. If you need the extra band of EQ, then the studio is the way to go. Personally, I like the Elite better. To each his own.
