Nemo by Nightwish isn't necessarily drop C(D standard) but it's super easy and sounds cool....Then you have Chimaira and Escape the Fate who both have some cool solos....

Um...anything that's in drop D, or anything that's in standard for that matter, just bump the notes on the low E up 2 frets. It's really not that hard....
