I want to lower the action on the above mentioned guitar but I don't really know how on this FAT 10 bridge.

Also, what is a good medium-low action measurement?

Use a hex key on the 2 bolts that attach the trem to the body of the guitar....

Hmmm, about 1.5 mm from top of fret to bottom of string on the 12th fret on low E is good. Then abit lower working towards the high e.

Whatever's good for you though. My GRG is set at about 2.1 mm and I'm used to it so it feels alright.
