Alright, I'm gonna start saving up money for a new guitar and I'm looking for a couple of suggestions. Here are the few things I want\don't want it to have

1. A non floyd-rose\locking tremolo
2. I would like to have a whammy bar that goes up and down.
3. Preferably 24 frets. I could live with 22 but I would like a 24 fret guitar.
4. Preferably Medium-Light weight
5. Not neck heavy

I do not care what kind of pickups it has, I'll end up replacing humbuckers with Dimarzio FRED and single coils with a different dimarzio (I just love the tone of them). I play almost everything but mainly Classic Rock, Blues, and Metal if it matters to you guys.

700 bucks or less

Any suggestions?
P.S. If you think that I should take a guitar body and a different brand guitar neck, please list them

really? I did a mod on my squier strat by just loosening two screws that let it go up and down. Hmph.

thanks for staying in my price range. However if I had the cash that would suit me really good.
