The 70's called, they want their red carpet back
That carpet has to be vintage too. Nice amp, how does it sound?

Good for you. Have a cookie.

But really... there's no cookie. And if there was, you wouldn't get one.

To turn it on, you just gotta turn it to 1.

It sounds pretty good, nice distortion. I'm pretty new to guitar so I can't give a very accurate description.

I don't have any recording equipment, unfortunately.

OMG, TWEED CHAMP!

For one, it will probably need a service - some of the electric components deteriorate over time. But after that it'll be louder and better sounding, trust me those sound awesome...
The Laney Thread are big and clever. No exceptions.

'Baby' Champ? It's an 5F1, man!

^And yes, it definitely needs service. At the very least, get the filter caps replaced, unless you want to risk a blown output transformer. The speaker is probably very fragile too, so if you're planning on using it a lot, I would suggest you replace it with one that isn't as valuable (Jensen makes an almost identical reissue).

From what I can see, everything is original except one cap (and maybe the power cord)- pretty much making this a collectors piece.

I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

Hmm, that doesn't really work, seeing as it's 48 years old...

But nice! I've got a Champ 600, one of the new reissues.

Sweet! Did I miss the spam thread, or were you foolish enough to not even make one?
