Yea, Russian Circles is real close to Pelican, personally.

They're both bands from Chicago, and I actually found Russian Circles by looking on Pelican's Myspace, and seeing them on their top friends.

Best decision ever.

I like Russian Circles more than Pelican now, quite frankly. I LOOOOVE Pelican, like #4 or #5 most favorite band ever, but Russian Circles is more active, but still has that AMAZING sound.

So, Russian Circles is #2 on my list.
