Start with the bass boost one, then turn the bass knobs all the way up, mids at about 60-75% and highs at 90%

But yeah, I use Winamp, and I have a specific setting that basically looks like your basic v shape, except the dip is more towards the bass-end of things, and the right side of the v is more gradual than the bass side, mostly because I like to drive my subwoofer a bit.
