I'd like to know when to look up. I'm GMT -5, Eastern time.

EDIT: Can't see it here, plus it begins at 7 am UTC.

for the love of all that is good in the world, if mars was that big in the sky, and that close, we would be on a collision course, and we would all die, the best place to see the eclipse is on the west coast of the u.s.. i just want everyone who reads this to know, that mars hoax is fake, and will never, ever, ever happen. The eclipse starts at 1:50 pacific time, and wont end until around 5 am. east coast cant see it.

This is so weird, because I was watching the moon around 8 pm here (NJ) and it had this yellowish/orange glow to it, it wasn't pale at all. And now I just found out there was an eclipse. Could it have happened early? Or is that something different?
Peace.
