im after learning some jazz grooves but im having trouble finding tabs etc. can anybody recommend?

You're not going to find lots of jazz tabs. Jazz is all about improvising off a bare minimum of music in smaller groups, and reading from notation in big bands. The best way to start on jazz is to read the sticky and attached examples at the top.

Learning to improv is key in jazz and it is going to be essential that you have, at the bare minimum, your basic theory down dead. The beauty of jazz is that you can take a song and literally make it your own by putting your improvisational stamp upon it.
