Early morning atmosphere,
Densly filled with gloom
Not a single smile on any face,
In any given room

The sky is gently falling,
Crying from the pain
Washing away happiness,
With every drop of rain

So many were lost in tragedy,
Neighbors, friends and family
On this day six years ago,
So many people lost their lives
It helped our country grow in time

Sunshine bursts through a wall of clouds,
A rainbow gently paints the sky
You look up and remember to smile,
Becuase they are in heaven now
A better place they wont get hurt,
Way better than this place called earth

So many were lost in tragedy,
Neighbors, friends and family
On this day six years ago,
So many people lost their lives
It helped our country grow in time

Very moving. A tribute to those who died on September 11, I assume. Excellent work. Your rhyme scheme seems a little weird in the last three verses though. The five lines thing threw me off I suppose. Good job, though.

mostly yes.....and the 5 line thing with the chorus is just something I was trying out and I ended up liking the way it flowed in my mind so I kept it....and also my rhyme scheme in the bridge was also really weird, I wasnt really going for rhyming neccesarily in that part but mainly for feeling
