While on holiday with my family in portugal we were offered a drink in a chinese restaurant that had a dead lizard inside the bottle.

Anybody have any idea anyone would put a lizard in a drink and has anybody ever tried this drink?

Thanks pit.

its like a traditional drink they serve guests, its alcohol and its supposed to be infused with the lizard or something like that. I've seen it on tv.

I think it's a kind of snake wine, except without the snake, and replaced with some other lizard.

I've seen it on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. The drink is Sake, and it has a lizard in it.

I get paid on the 25th.

Is a bag full of pennies an acceptable method of payment?

The bag will of course, have SWAG written on it
