I was expecting this to be on of your better covers because who doesn't love Stevie Ray Vaughan and this happens to be on of my favorites of his next to Pride and Joy 12 string acoustic version and his cover of Little Wing but for some reason it didn't do it justice for me , the tone was just I don't know not that great for once, the playing seemed a little off too for once and below par for you, I am just a 17 year old who has no professional music experience or anything like that but that's how I feel it is....the fact that your putting a lot of songs up lately tho is making me very happy

i don't know man, i didn't feel like i played too stiff. maybe cause it was more albert king style licks rather then srv? i know that albert king kinda plays choppy, i guess thats how i played it.

edit: ya know man your actually right, i didn't really like how this turned out. i could not get a good tone. in person, the tone i got was fabulous but the mic cut out all the high end.

i feel i can do this better, maybe next time i'll use the pod xt live.

anyways the next cover i am probably doing will be statesboro blues, allman brothers version.

Hey, I really liked the cover. In fact, I think the recording was brilliant, very clean and well mixed. You play really well, I loved the starting part, it was perfect, maybe one or two dead notes If i'm not wrong, but doesn't matter, really good!
You also sing good this style, but... I have to agree with killthenakedcat and say there's maybe something missing. I would point the vocals, which, although are very good, maybe... don't know, a bit more feeling? Well, i'm sorry i can't tell exactly what, but anyways, I enjoyed listening to it, and that's great!

Would be posible to crit mine, please?
