Might be hard to completely remove a strat tremolo, but you could simply block the trem with wood in the cavity.

Do you want to completly remove the trem, or do u want to keep it but make sure it doesn't work?

oh so you want a hard tail bridge. you might want to take a look at GuitarFetish.com bridges. they're not a brand, but they have okay parts like bridges, tremolos, tuners, etc. their pickups are full of crap though. vintage sounding high output pickups... it doesn't click lol.
