This isn't mine or I would be sooo pleased I'd need nothing. That's how good I think this song is. This poem is done by Amy Reeve. Don't congratulate me for god sake congratulate her! Anyway this is one of the best poems I've ever heard straight up. And here it is.

Tic-tac-toe,
Cherry seeds and stones we’ll sow.
Pointless poems make no sense.
There’s no such thing as innocence.
A million words on a single page,
A million souls in a single cage.
Swimming in the sun so high.
Chasing fairies? You can try.
Round and round the cherry tree,
Petals dropping to the sea.
Rising winds and filling sails,
We all know justice never prevails.
A checker board made of silk.
Elephants drinking mother’s milk.
Left, right. Left, right. Up, down. Up, down.
November’s ugly dancing clown.
Run away toward the night,
Watch the queen and jester fight.
Black, red, black, red, black, blue,
Only real lies are true.
Remember the horses made of fire?
Flaming hooves rising ever higher.
Empty seas teeming with life,
See Poseidon and his wife.
Victorious soldiers stand alone,
Blackened hearts becoming stone.
Lightening strikes the purple moor.
Police kick down a rotting door.
A mother crying in the dirt,
Snivelling child behind her skirt.
Once victorious, now just haunted.
Heroes are never to be undaunted.
Time skips by like a broken toy.
Now the man has become a boy.

Tac.

Toe.

Watch the seeds of disaster grow.
Childhood escaped beyond recall.
A hundred empires can only fall.

Tic.

Tac.

Toe.

Death will reign and blood will flow.
Children by the beach with ice creams.
There’s no difference between the screams.

Tic.

Tac.

Toe.

The curtain falls, it’s time to go.
Children’s games and party tricks,
There’s nothing better when you’re only six.
Nothing better than a simple game of

Tic.
