I dont know if its the right term to call it this but, lately, for the past oh, my whole life. I dream and in my dream i remember one quick flash of a certain scene. And later on that week, i will experience that scene.

Anyone else experience this? Or am i going crazy? (and to answer many posts, i am not on any kind of drug, i don't smoke, nor am i an alcoholic.)

I actually have this a LOT and it scares the f*ck out of me. Any fine day, something happens and I recollect that "oh f*ck, I remember I dreamed this exact situation before." I don't know how to explain it. You're not alone.

"When you see familiar faces
But you dont know where theyre from
Could you be wrong?

When youve been particular places
That you know youve never been before
Can you be sure?

cause you know that this has happened before
And you know that this moment in time is for real
And you know when you feel deja-vu

Feel like Ive been here before
Feel like Ive been here before
Feel like Ive been here before
Feel like Ive been here before

Ever had a conversation
That you realise youve had before
Isnt it strange

Have you ever talked to someone
And you feel you know whats coming next
It feels pre-arranged

cause you know that youve heard it before
And you feel that this moment in time is for surreal
cause you know when you feel deja-vu"

Hey Lib. Dude, I get it a lot... I kinda foresee an event happening. Just any regular event, like meeting with someone and talking about them with some specific thing. After the dream occurs, I forget that it happened, but when the actual event or scene occurs, it comes back to me that I dreamed it and the dream is exactly the same, including any keywords or whatever that seem to be prevalent. F*cking crazy stuff.

Maybe it only happens to Maiden-heads. Are you a Maiden fan as well, TS?

I'm glad to see that there are other crazy people out there. And Classic Rock ftw (The Who > The Beatles) as well. No one ever said a metalhead had to only listen to metal.

i have dreams and they must be of the future. im not sure though because ppl say that dreams are a way for ur subconscious to tell u things. wat im talking about is i dream of me and a girl being together and its weird cause i really want her only she wont talk to me. one time i had deja vu was when i was in my room and i saw this video game on the floor and it was in a certain way. the next day i borrowed the game i saw from the floor got home dropped it and it was the same way i had it in my dream.

We're being watched by a civilization more advanced than us that give us glimpses of something, yet not enough to know the truth.

Cool. I'm off to sleep now but keep them deja vu stories coming in peoples, so I can read them tomorrow. Bye.

My brother (medicine student) explained me why one form of DejaVu happens. Sometimes, when you see an object, the ''visual message'' from the one eye reaches the brain (through the nerves) faster that the ''visual message'' from the other eye. The delay is very short, but for the brain it seems a long time.
Thus people ''think'' that they have see the object before, beacuse of the lack of sinchronicity of the nerves
