guitar newbie here, just curious..is a warped neck when ur strings are too high off the fretboard or too low?
Neither. What you're talking about is your guitar's action (how high or low the strings are). A warped neck is when your guitar's neck literally bows into a "U" shape. You can fix it by adjusting the truss rod, which you can access from the headstock (there will usually be a little plastic cover over it). Don't think that this is anything common though. It's usually pretty hard to warp/bow out your neck unless you really, truly treat your guitar like crap.
