So... My acoustic's 12th and 13th fret on the High E sound the same as the 14th fret on the High E... I was wondering what I can do to fix this? Do I need to fix the bridge or just lower the action on the frets?

one of mine does the same thing with the 11th and 12th on all the strings
Satan isn't inside a guitar pick. He's in here. In our hearts. He's what makes us not want to go to work, or excercise or tell the truth. He's that little voice in your mind that says "Fuck you" to the people you hate.

i reckon that's action rather than the actual frets

raise the action a bit

Oh you're a complete n00b [i've followed you from another of your 'insightful' posts

It sounds like the string, when fretted on the said frets is actually just resting on the 14th fret, so try adjusting the action, and if that doesn't help, your fret may be too high so perhaps look into it being shaved down?
