You're a really talented player, I just hated the song. I mean, as a show of your guitar technique, it was cool. You play really fast, and it didn't sound like you messed up. My only critique in that respect is to work a little on getting better control of your vibrato, sometimes the notes were vibrato-ed out of pitch. As far as a cover song though, and I don't know if your intent was to record a proper song, it needs a lot of work. Just because the guitar was insanely loud, and you can't really hear the backing track. I thought it was pretty neat as a show of technique, just not so much as a proper song.

Very good anyway, but you should try to play it cleaner (dunno if it is the camera, but in the faster parts it sounded like your left and your right hand didn`t have the same tempo)

well to start off, this is the type of fast playing i do not enjoy.

however, it seems that you have the technique down and it is evident that you practiced a long time to do it. I used to be into this stuff, and would sit and do the scales and all that for hours. then i realized there is no point to it unless your making music from it. so that is the question i'm asking you, have you applied these techniques to your own personal playing? to me, when you cover a song, its not just for the fact that you want to play it, it's to be able to insert the techniques and licks into your own style.

i'm just curious, how are you in a situation with slower tempo's? Say a blues setting?

can you crit mine? https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=666543

Thanks for listening and yes, i have incorporated alternate picking to my playing style thanks to this song, so its pretty useful to learn something like this.
I dont have any original songs cause i think i need to learn more technique and theory to start to compose, but you can hear other covers with slower bluesier moods on my soundclick page: www.soundclick.com/nunoslash

tell me what do you think and thanks again
