I was wondering if there was a place that you could download like maybe just the drums or the bass of songs. I am currently working on recording some songs (covers) and I didn't want to have to sit and go through the whole song and figure out where the beats go.

i don't think theres any made for garageband, but i know theres a site out there, and you could then just drag it in

so you're going to put the backing tracks in "your" recording and say its "your" cover even though you just took the actual backing track from the song??

just program them yourself. or sample -similar- drum loops.

Any backing track will work in Garageband. Just do a search in google and then drag the file into your project.
