I've been playing for about a year, and I know the basics of theory, but with the current stuff I want to play, it would really help to know a good bit of music theory. However when I get home everyday all I want to do is learn new songs because theory is so boring and songs are so fun, so I have a really hard time concentrating on learning theory. However I just realized that I spend about 1.5 hours on a bus everyday and if there are theory books that allow me to learn without a guitar in hand, I could be learning new stuff everyday in the free time I already had...So anyone know any good books?
