I like him.

He's got good technique (of course) and alot of his music is really melodic. Just because it's fast doesn't mean it's got no 'musicality'.
"That Hidde's a cool guy" -Abe Lincoln
"Hidde? Yeah we jam all the time" -Steve Vai
"Remember that time when burt jumped out of the tree and into the river? Good times!" -Jesus

So I heard you liek profiles?

I love the guy. Someday I would like to get my hands on his sig. Dean 7-string.

Do you have a tab for Under the Influence anyway?
Good job

I agree. And to Hidde, no one said that his speed was the problem with his musicality...

agreed. Why do huge big guitar shredders need annoying faggy high pitched power metal vocals. Its just not right.

Not into his music so much, not music I enjoy listening to, but his playing really, really inspires me. His drive and attitude are great motivators for me, his chops are 100% ace.

I like him alot, i think he is quite musical, but he should try to focus a bit more on melody rather than just playing fast (which is pretty amazing!!)
