Hey, I just started playing my accoustic, and read a couple of the begginer lessons on here and they really hleped. Can anyone tell me any begginer frets and some finger exersise/warmup things i can do?

scales
another thing to do is to place all 4 fingers on a different fret (in a row) then you raise your index and ring at the same time, then put them down and raise your middle and pinky, this teaches finger independence, and yes it's VERY tricky for teh first little while, but odn't get discouraged
you can also search in google "free beginner guitar lessons" and you'll find sites dedicated to just that
hope i helped

This is how I started and I am glad I did. Doing this will force you to use all your fingers on your fretting hand. When you start scales, you will not have the bad habit of not using your pinky

i like what phillitalian put for you great way to learn to use all your fingers, also scales, but just like shadow said don't get into the habit of not using your pinky.
