Don't turn it above three or four because you'll blow the speaker.

However, you can play a guitar through a bass amp.

They're designed to handle different frequencies: you play bass through a guitar amp, you'll **** it up. I've heard it's cool to play guitar through a bass amp though because they're made to handle a much wider range of frequencies

Funny. Nickelback's bassist uses a Peavey Triple XXX, wtf is he doing to get that to work ? Does he blow up several heads a year ? lol
