Epiphone Valve Junior will give you tube-tone at a low price. Just over $100 USD

Vox Valvetronix series amps give a wide variety of sounds. Upwards of $200 depending on the size.

Roland Cube series is an alternative to the Vox's. The micro cube is just over $100 USD. The larger amps are upwards of $200 depending on the size.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's not really an upgrade from what you have, it's probably just louder. Tone > Volume.

Can't go wrong with a Micro Cube.

Also, tube tone = desirable.
