I was coming home from my music lesson, like always and everyday i see this stupid billboard and I don't understand why it was put here at all!

The sign is talking about "keeping your oceans safe" and has Ariel from The Little Mermaid.
Well I'm no geographer or anything, but I'm pretty sure there are no oceans nearby in Kentucky.

I'm guessing its just a sign for everybody, because alot of people do go to Florida from Kentucky but seriously, shouldn't they have put something else like "keep your rivers clean"

WTH, seriously

any other stupid things in other towns?

Owensboro, my cousin lived in Lexington last year for UK

EDIT: and if you ever come this way, and you go through Indiana, there is a small place called Shelby county and the only building they have is a gas station with a white castle on it

I'm not sure if you like white castle burgers but those were the most delicious little peices of heaven i ever ate

It's stereo amp, and I don't think it's tube. However, for a stereo amp, it is very good. Don't plug guitar into it; just use it as hi-fi if it works.
