Hey guys. I recently got a used Jackson SL-3 soloist. Its been great but I have no experience with a Floyd Rose I had a bit of difficulty with only the internet to help me. I am getting some odd buzzing noises that I think are being caused by the strings hitting frets higher then the one I'm actually fingering. I don't hear it when I'm plugged in so its not a huge problem, but when I'm unplugged just messing around it is very irritating.
thanks guys.

mine does the same thing and its brand new. i think i just need to take it to a tech to get it set up. I'm just too afraid to adjust the truss rod myself.
