How can I remove and delete a file from an iso image, but still keep everything else. MAC BTW.

For Windows, there's a product called MagicISO that I use. I don't know if it's available for Mac, but you can take a look for similar products.

mount the iso:

# mount -o loop,users,rw /pathtoimage.iso /mnt/iso

Delete the files:

$ rm -rf /mnt/iso/files

Create the image again:

$ dd /mnt/iso /home/iso.bin

Create the iso

$ bin2iso /home/iso.bin
