Uh... Specify a bit more what you're hoping for? Something easy, difficult, impressive, helpful in terms of technique, slow, fast, what?
I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

Confused? Good.

Just make up solos. It's more fun and you'll become a better player.

I never bothered learning the whole thing, but the Creeping Death solo isn't too technically demanding, as I recall.

Actually, it's helpful for your creativity and you can build up your skill level in some ways.

Anyway, fast but simple(ish) solos:
Paranoid - Black Sabbath
Plug In Baby - Muse
Knights of Cydonia - Muse
One - Metallica
Everyday Combat - Lostprophets

for a really fun time learn Crazy Train note for note. Takes a while but it sounds amazing.

Yeah, you could do a simplified part of the master of puppets solo, like:

e--17p12----------17p12---------17p12---------15p12------
b-----------13p12----------13p12---------13p12---------13p12-
g-----------------
d----------------------
a-----------------
E--------------------

It'll hone your fingers, then you'll soon become a guitar wizard, and shoot out lightning out of your guitar and recieve an orgasm for every hundred notes you play.
