I have been playing guitar for about a year now and i am looking at buying a new amp. I would like a tube one and was looking at the Vox Custom Classic AC15CC1 and fender blues junior . Just seeing what your opinions are on what is better
cheers

I haven't played the AC15, but I have played the VC15 and supposedly the VC15 is better, and cheaper. The Blues Jr. is also an excellent amp. In the end, it comes down to the sound you're looking for.

Good for you. Have a cookie.

But really... there's no cookie. And if there was, you wouldn't get one.

I like the Blues Jr better. AC15 sounds a bit brittle when turned up with the master volume down. u need the poweramp saturation, or the sound will be way too thin.

The Blues Jr sounds beautiful, especially when loud.

I've not tried the AC15, but you should try out the Laney VC15 too.
