What program can you guys use to write out tabs, I don't want guitar pro or nething I just want to write out tabs and print em not here em.

well then don't press the play button on guitar pro... there's a print option.

Notepad (or anything that uses a font where every character takes up the same amount of space).

notepad. I find it quicker to use a blank template with a few sets of bars, so all you do is add in notes and then clean up the end of the line.
