Okay, I'm making a Flash movie and I want to include some music. But Flash only lets you import mp3 files: the file I want to use in it is a midi. So I recorded the midi to get it as a new format...but the recording software only records in m4a format.

Basically, what I'm asking is this: Is there any way to convert an m4a into an mp3? Bear in mind I'm using a Mac, and I don't want to spend money (not just a tight-arse, also a 16 year old), so any software I need will have to be Mac compatible and FREE (i.e. no shareware which only lets you convert files under 1 minute until you pay for it).

Can anyone help?
