Right-O, Firstly, for now, I'm set for guitars (and I'm beginning to build one soon) and I want to know:
Toneport UX2 or Cube 30.
I play Metal, Hardcore, Thrash sort of stuff (not that it's relevant) and I wanted to know what you guys think I should do.
PS: I don't have a band or gig at all, so I'm leaning towards the UX2.

My guitars are in my profile, a 10 watt starter amp, A Boss HM-2 and a Digitech RP80

I would go for the cube dude... Great tone, not half bad effects

I have a cube 30 and I play a whole lot of thrash metal, Power Metal, and Black metal... And its truly amazing for a good chug!

Nice. I guess I should go down to my local shop and ask them, I think they have a PC with heaps of stuff hooked up to it.

Well what are you trying to do? Record or practice? The toneport is for recording, the cube is an actual amp. Different machines for different purposes.
PM Me for any help you need with recording systems/tips
