I have gauge .10 strings on my guitar right now, and I wanna go to .11's do you think I can do this without a truss rod adjustment? Because i always hear u have to adjust the truss rod for changing gauges.

You won't need anything major with just 11's. I usually do a completely new setup when I change my string gauges but I'm a real perfectionist when it comes to things like that. You'll have to readjust your intonation when you change the gauge though and a slight action adjustment for preference.
