I think all of the songs on silverchairs diorama album are played on a seven string. Well at least live Daniel Johns uses his 12 string rickenbacker to play them :S

if you're looking for just 12-string songs:

The Byrds - i dunno which of their songs use one, but a lot of them do.
The Beatles - hard days night, if i needed someone... can't really think of many more at the moment. I think the who used 12-strings a little bit too... I can only really think of 1960s stuff lol.

Just out of interest - which doubleneck did you get?
