I'm considering getting one of these tomorrow (in red) along with the PodXT live and work bench software. Anyone had one of these for a while? Likes, dislikes? thanks

I'd love to have one...
most negative responses are probably that palm-mutes will be a little more difficult(piezo systems are like that), the fact that theres no real pickup and that the 12string sometimessounds just a tad sterile.

Other than that the responses I've seen are fantastic. Have fun with it.

I have the 500. its a useful guitar to have if you can't transport an electric guitar with single coils, one with humbuckers, a 12-string, an acoustic, an electric sitar and so on to a gig. The 12-string sounds have been updated about a year ago and no longer sound as sterile as they used to.
Rig Winter 2017:

Fender Jazzmaster/Yamaha SG1000
Boss TU-3, DS-2, CS-3, EHX small stone, Danelectro delay
Laney VC30-112 with G12H30 speaker, or Session Rockette 30 for smaller gigs
Elixir Nanoweb 11-49 strings, Dunlop Jazz III XL picks
Shure SM57 mic in front of the amp
