Peavey also has some very good midrange amps... if you're willing to give them a try.
Leader of The Cult of Echoes, for those who believe 23 min. of Pink Floyd Epicness just isn't enough.

Pm Alex the Red if you're interested

What constitutes "small?" What styles are you playing? The people looking for Voxes and Fenders usually aren't also looking for Mesas...
You Don't Need a halfstack.

You Don't Need 100W.

Fenders are probably best for cleans and reverb, but an Orange AD30R would probably do a nice job for you, too.

A used Laney VC50 would be ideal. Paul Gilbert uses them apparently, they get Fender-esque cleans and upto his levels of gain. They do excellent Blues and Classic Rock. It's a 50w 2x12 combo, but you can pick them up used for only £300! Bargain of the century.
The Laney Thread are big and clever. No exceptions.

Traynor YCV40WR has great cleans and light overdrive.. I'd sell mine to you but shipping to Europe would be ridiculous. They go for $700 new here now, I got mine back when they were only $570.
