Hi people!

I'm new at UG, but made some instrumental covers which are on youtube!
One of them is 'Hey There Delilah' by Plain White T's.. It's a very often covered song, but I couldn't find a thread about this song at the forum. Maybe I'm a bad seeker.. :P But as said before, I also made a version. Bit different then others.. Just watch/listen and I hope you like it a bit!

The link is...

Bastiaan77 - Hey There Delilah

Thnx for watching! Hope to read responses from you all soon!

Greetings from the Netherlands! Bastiaan!

I really love how you transposed the vocals into guitar, thought it was fantastic.

Whoa You made the song actually sound good.

I think the song sounds a lot better instrumental hearing you play it.
Very clean playing.
Everything very good. The lead guitar at times sounds more expressive than the singers voice did which is a good thing. The only thing that seemed out of place was the end were it just stopped instead of the chord holding out.

Overall good job loved the tone.

When you have a chance.

That's one hell of a review! Great to hear you like it, and about the last tone.. your absolutely true.. It stopped to early.. Little secret.. My amp was overtuning a bit and I didn't want to have the hard tone in my version (without changing the song).. That's why I stopped it a bit earlier.. But you heard that well!
