Check out Bad Moon Rising and maybe Have You Ever Seen the Rain by CCR. Bob Segar has a lot of easy strums too.

Pretty much any CCR song is a good recommendation Have You Ever Seen The Rain is one of my favorites.

Music When the Lights go Out by the Libertines, it's a lovely song and all strumming.

Track You Down by Sondre Lerche...also check out some of his other stuff off of the album "Two Way Monologue", most of it is pretty strummy.
