Hi Guys.

I've been working with an image in Photoshop for the last half hour or so, and now i need to use he pen tool to make a curvy line.

However ,when i try to create a line, it fills in the open space that i made with white [foreground color]. I searched google and couldn't find anything to help me.

I just need to make a line, not have it be filled in. I've never really used the pen tool before, so i could be doing something ridiculously stoopid.

Thanks in advance.

If you look at the top where the buttons are showing a circle/square/the pen etc etc, look to the left and you'll see a white square is selected. That's telling the pen tool to make a shape. Click the button right next to it, and you'll make the pen tool create a path instead.

EDIT: In case I didn't explain it very clear:

The will to neither strive nor cry,
The power to feel with others give.
Calm, calm me more; nor let me die
Before I have begun to live.

Arguments are to be avoided; they are always vulgar and often convincing.
