Recently I took my old 1989 Seymour Duncan Trembucker out of my 1989 Charvette guitar. I sounded like total crap, and it vibrated against the side of the wood like cray, making this insane, unbearble buzz on the top 4 strings.

I want to get a new pickup to go in it, a bridge humbucker, preferrably under $60.

So don't recommend EMG's, they're too much for my budget right now and also I don't want to fool with changing the batteries in active pickups every so often.

Thanks in advance.

I play mostly Classic Rock, and right now through a Vox Valvetronix.

For $70, you can get a customized pickup from High Order.

^I'd let a pro look at it. Once you get into the technicalities of screws...well, it's just a place you don't want to be, friend.

Swinesheads are mostly cheap for those on the other side of the pond.

GFS makes really cheap (and sometimes dodgy) pickups.

You can buy Rockfield pickups from musiciansfriend.com for $50.

^highorder seems like a really cool place for people that know what they're saying about pickups. i'm like half noob about pickups not that much knowledge... i only get half the stuff on the website hahaha.

for $60 i don't know, but for $70 u can get a seymour duncan which are okay. but highorder looks cool. i need to look into humbuckers when i build my next guitar.

Those Swinehead pickups look nice, but for one hundred American dollars, that's a lot.
