help to warm up the tone on my jackson dkmgt. it also must have a decent output (i hear nickel strings aren't as magnetic as nickel plated steel?).

they must also be quite easy to bend and smooth to the touch.

10-46 is usually the gauge i go for.

any suggestions? thanks

I found Boomers to be kinda bright too. But mainly I felt like they lacked in a lot of different ways...I guess it's just me. Bought 1 pack and took them off within a week.
