I misinterpreted "own". I thought there was some test to see how much I own. You know what I mean...

edit: Oh it's 15 gigs...

Last time I counted my CD's I had about 500 (not sure how many songs that is), but that was a couple of years ago. So I might have a little over that.

Wow, 6 gigs, 1500 songs?
I have 6 gigs which are less than 600 songs.
But I listen to progressive rock so I guess most of my songs are 20 minutes long
#22
2 songs

Formerly about 30 gigs worth. Of course I own just about all of it on CDs, but gah. The thought of ripping it all back onto my computer is horrifying. Damn hard drive failure.

Technically, that's illegal. No-one really cares about it though, not as much as downloading anyway.

I have 5469 songs - 19.37 GB

8700 songs. Had over 13000 a while ago but that's just a real waste of space as I don't listen half of it anyway.
#29
Lemme see, about 100 gigs on my hard drive and probably another 30 gigs or so in CD form.

Since I had dialup at home, living at college with highspeed I downloaded TONS of music.

Now if my head is doing this math right, thats approximately 40mb's per song... What type of music are you listening to? Haha

I have 7 gigs of music/1500 songs.

So according to you, a 30gb ipod only contains about 700 songs?
Try again...

Anyway i have about 4000 songs, a bit more than 15gb.

If I pooled all my CDs and digital audio... I have no idea. I'd estimate around 150-175Gb.

Well, probably somewhat more than that because I'm anal about audio quality and only rip CDs at high bitrates, and get the best quality downloads going.
And yet, to me, what is this quintessence of dust? Man delights not me: no, nor woman neither... nor women neither.

i've got about 10gigs... need more! hehe
.:Just because you can sweep pick doesn't make you good:.

46.8 gigs.

About 600 or so full albums, and 3000 miscellaneously downloaded songs (that is, one by one).
#39
not alot, I've only got a 2gb ipod nano, but i've got about 1gb worth of music not loaded into itunes, this means I don't really listen to it however.

about

2,000 songs
7.80gb
5.6 days of playing time.

All from CD's bought (not becuase I care about illegal downloads, although I do, but because I like to have the CD's for car/collection/etc).

Also, there's not a single album that I wouldn't listen to in there, it's all selected goodness

EDIT:

If I work on the basis that each album costs £8, and an album contains 12 songs, I've spent about £1,300 on music in the past 2 years.
